Once you have received your PIN, you can top-up by following these simple steps: Enter *#1455* followed by your PIN Number and the # key, then press send (ensure that there are no spaces) for example *#1455*123456789# and press send. You will receive an SMS confirming your top-up has been applied.
Enter your PIN number into the text field of the SMS and send to 39444. You will receive an SMS confirming your top-up has been applied.
You can use any unlocked mobile phone.
Your new mobile number and PUK can be found on the back of your SIM holder.
Most handsets also allow you to view your number by dialing *#100# and pressing the call button. Your telephone number should then appear on the screen.
Once you have made a chargeable transaction from your SIM (either your first call or text) you will be sent a welcome SMS with your web pin. Simply use your phone number and web pin to register
for your online account. Please note each email ID needs to be unique per number/account.
Once you have entered your details to create your on-line account, you will receive a verification email. Once you have received the email, please click on the link provided, this will then activate your account.

Yes, you can keep your existing number by following these steps:
- Contact your existing network and ask for a PAC number (Port Authorisation Code).
- Once you have your PAC number, call Customer Care on 263 directly from your iCard Mobile or 0207 870 5722 from any other telephone, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Within 1 working day your existing number will be transferred to iCard Mobile.
If your mobile phone screen shows any of the following when you first put your iCard Mobile SIM in your phone: 'blocked', 'barred', 'incorrect SIM' or 'SP lock', your mobile may be locked to another network. There are a number of ways to unlock your phone - just call our customer services team on 0207 870 5722 for advice on the best option for you.
You simply dial the number you are trying to reach as you normally would through your Mobile: Dial 00 followed by your country code, area code and then the phone number and press the call button. You can also make calls directly through the contacts in your address book.
Yes. All calls to retrieve your voicemail messages are free of charge.
iCard Mobile works in the same way as other mobiles when it comes to sending international SMS. Simply text 00 followed by your country code, area code and then the phone number and press the send button. You can also send SMS directly through the contacts in your address book.
Unfortunately, roaming is currently not included on our SIM cards, but it may be in the future so keep checking back for updates.
Simply enter *#1455# and press the call button to receive your balance. You can check your balance by logging in
to your account or by calling 0207 870 5722 from any other phone.

No. What you see on the Call Rates page is what you pay. Calls are billed per minute and there are no hidden charges.
Once registered, you can check your call records on-line by logging in
to your account. You will only be able to view your call records for the past three months. You can view previous calls and SMS as well as check your balance, view payments and applied bundles, amend any personal details and top-up if required.
If you are experiencing problems making or receiving a call in an area where coverage is usually fine, we may be experiencing some short-term network problems. You can check this on our

Please contact Customer Care on 0207 870 5722 where one of our advisors will help you. Providing you have previously registered, we will cancel your lost / stolen SIM, replace it with another and transfer any balance you have. Your Mobile number will remain the same. The cost of the replacement SIM may be deducted from your account balance.
Your credit will never expire providing there is activity on your account (either a chargeable call, SMS or top-up). If there is no activity for a continuous period of 90 days, we reserve the right to terminate the account in accordance with our general terms and conditions
Once you have registered for your Bundle, you will receive SMS notification to tell you that it has been successfully applied to your account. You can view your activated bundles by logging in
to your account and viewing the Financial History.
Free calls are limited to ten minutes per call. Each minute after this will be charged at the standard UK fixed line rates. You must have a minimum balance of ten pence or be within the daily threshold of your bundle
to make free iCard to iCard calls.
We reserve the right to charge standard rates for calls made when there is excessive usage of these bundles above either 80 minutes per day or 2000 minutes per month. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time if there are circumstances out of our control. In these instances, we will credit your account with the equivalent value of your remaining bundle package
The 200 minute starter bundles may be used at any time within 7 days of purchase. The 1,600 minute extra value bundles are limited to a maximum of 70 minutes on any given day, up to a maximum of 30 days or 1,600 minutes, whichever occurs first. Standard rates will apply once these limits have been reached. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time if there are circumstances out of our control. In these instances, we will credit your account with the equivalent value of your remaining bundle package
If you have not yet registered for your online account, simply register your details, verify your account and your account will be credited with £2 within 24 hours of your second top up.
To verify your account, you will be sent an email to the email address provided, you must click on the link provided in order to activate your account and verify your details.
Once your email has been verified, a notification of the £2 credit will be sent to you via email. (effective Nov 2011) Please note each email ID needs to be unique per number/account.

iCard Mobile customers can refer as many friends as they wish to qualify for the recommend a friend scheme. Both the iCard Mobile customer and the friend recommended must register their full details in order to qualify.
Customers will earn 5% of their friend's top ups. Credit will be applied to your iCard Mobile account on a monthly basis. Offer valid from 2nd April 2012.
You can set your ring time to 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds.
- Dial **61*265*11* into your phone as if you're making a call.
- Enter a time between 5 and 30 (the number of seconds in multiples of 5)
- Press # and then the call button. Do not put the phone to your ear - just look at the display until you see a message confirming your ring time has been set.
For example, **61*265*11*25# followed by the call button would set your ring time to 25 seconds.
Unfortunately, premium rate SMS are currently not included on our SIM cards, but may be in the future, so keep checking back for updates. If you do send a premium rate SMS you may be charged.
We cannot guarantee that your caller ID will be displayed.
Your iCard Mobile operates on GMT throughout the year. Please bear this in mind when using your bundles minutes.
